Report of the Activity The Internal Quality Assurance Cell in association with the Department of English and the Office of Dean Training and Development organized a Faculty Development Workshop titled Inspire, Innovate, Impact: Build Tomorrow’s Leaders Today on 24th August 2024 at 11.30 am at Mellano Hall. The workshop was co-ordinated by Dr. Nisha Thomji Varghese and Dr. Liz Mary Antony. The program started with the prayer song by CSGP students. Dr. Nisha Thomji Varghese, Head of the Department, Coordinator of the program delivered the welcome speech. Rev. Dr. Antony Thoppil addressed the gathering. Dr. Joseph Justin Rebello delivered felicitation. Mr. Madhu Bhaskaran, Business Strategist, Master Trainer and Director of Samagra Progressive Learning Solutions was the resource person. The session dealt with the following aspects: • Stress Management • Innovative teaching • Effective communication with the students • Relationship excellence • Value system • Brain Theory • Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) The engaging session filled with rich awareness spanned three hours. The faculty members, Dr. Rosalind Gonzaga (Head, Department of Commerce), Dr. Augustine K J (Head, Department of Malayalam), Silda George (Head, Department of Retail Management), Minitha (Head, Department of Fitness Management) and Dr. Madhusoothanan (Head, Department of Botany) came up with their observations on the talk. Principal Dr. Joseph Justin Rebello presented a gift hamper to the resource person. The program concluded with a vote of thanks by Dr. Liz Mary Antony.
