A certificate course by National institute of Securities Market was organized by Department of Commerce and Research Centre, St. Albert's College (Autonomous), Ernakulam in connection with CSR Program of Vivriti Capital on 7th and 8th of August 2025. The seminar was attended by a total of forty eight students from B.Com Final year and fifteen students from M.Com Final year. The program commenced by 09.00 am on first day with the blessings of almighty and by welcoming the guest speaker. The seminar commenced by 09.30 am in which the speaker discussed the importance of investments, financial investment opportunities and the process and pre requisites to invest in securities market. The seminar was concluded by 01.00 pm on 07/08/2025. The second day of Seminar commenced by 09.00 am and the topics of discussion were investment in primary market, investment in secondary market, overview of mutual fund, overview of Alternate Investment Fund and precautions to be taken while investing in securities market. A short query session was held after the seminar. The seminar concluded with the vote of thanks of Ms. Neeraja Chandramohan. The faculty coordinators of the program were Dr.Rosalind Gonzaga and Ms.Rency Joseph. The anchoring was done by An online MCQ examination was held after the seminar from 03.30 pm to 04.00 pm.
