Event Overview A Resume Writing Training session was organized for students by the combined efforts of the Department of Travel and Tourism, Department of Business Administration, and Department of Retail Management at St. Albert's College. The session aimed to enhance students' resume-writing skills, helping them present themselves more effectively to potential employers. Objectives The primary objectives of this training were: To educate students on the essentials of crafting a professional resume. To highlight the importance of tailoring resumes to specific job profiles. To provide tips on formatting, structuring, and presenting information concisely. To help students avoid common mistakes that can weaken a resume's impact. Program Outcome The training successfully equipped students with practical skills for writing resumes. Participants gained a clear understanding of how to highlight their achievements and qualifications in a way that appeals to employers. Mr. Vishal K’s expertise and guidance were well-received, with many students expressing increased confidence in their resume-writing abilities. Feedback and Conclusion The training received positive feedback from students, who appreciated the interactive approach and practical tips shared by Mr. Vishal K. The session concluded with an open Q&A, where students had the opportunity to ask specific questions related to their resumes.
