As part of National Space Day 2025, the Department of Space Science, St. Albert’s College (Autonomous), Ernakulam, conducted a Space Quiz on 8th August 2025 at 10.00 a.m EVENT HIGHLIGHTS The programme commenced with an introductory session by Mr. Ajo Pious, Head of the Department of Space Science, who addressed the gathering and spoke on the significance of Space Day. A total of 21 teams, each comprising two members, participated in the competition. The quiz was conducted in four rounds: 1. MCQ Round – conducted by Mr. Abin Paul Gilbert 2. Picture Identification Round – conducted by Mr. Lokesh K 3. Buzzer Round – conducted by Ms. Aiswarya Jayan 4. Rapid Fire Round – conducted by Ms. Nell Mariyam Finny Students contributed to organising the event, and teachers provided active support throughout its planning and execution. The top three teams received certificates endorsed by ISRO, and the winning team was awarded a ?1000 cash prize. The programme was coordinated by Ms. Subitha Sudheer (Faculty Coordinator) with the support of the student organisers. CONCLUSION The Space Quiz was conducted successfully with active student participation.
