Activity Location : Mellano Hall, St. Albert's College (autonomous), Ernakulam
A yoga session, "Take a Breath by Maanvi," was conducted by the Department of Zoology and NCC military wing St. Albert's College in association with Decathlon Vytilla on 18/06/2024 in the Mellano Hall. The session began with a prayer by Ms. Ann Deleeta Mendez and Ms. Aishwarya Hari (III BSc Zoology). Ms. Shalumol P. S of III Bsc Zoology welcomed the gathering. The resource person Ms. Maanvi, Master Trainer, Decathlon and Maanushi Yoga Center led the session for the students of BSc Zoology; MSc Zoology and NCC students.
